← AboutAbout Little Steps

Content principles

Our goal is useful, calm, traceable information—not fear-based engagement.

Source hierarchy

We prioritize government health authorities, public-health agencies, professional medical organizations and original guidelines. When recommendations differ by country or population, we say so.

Health information

We separate general education from warning signs that require professional care. The site does not diagnose individual users, and a single study is not treated as settled guidance.

Updates and corrections

Important health pages include a review date and source links. Broken links, outdated recommendations and factual errors should be corrected when identified.

Commercial independence

Little Steps is designed as an information site rather than a store. Editorial content should not be shaped by product sales.
